At LUMINARA BY JOHN, every piece from our Chicago Collection — Atelier Noir & Blanc — is inspected at our Chicago Atelier in Oak Brook, IL before shipping.
Eligibility — 14 Days
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
To be eligible:
- Unworn, unwashed, no perfume / deodorant / smoke
- Original tags attached and hang tag (LUMINARA BY JOHN) intact
- Folded presentation intact — exactly as delivered on black marble
- Must be in original luxury packaging
Not Eligible:
- Custom embroidery or Private List personalized orders
- Items marked Final Sale during Atelier No. 01 drops
- Worn or altered items
How to Return:
Email: support@luminarabyjohn.com with Order # + reason + photos. We will issue an RMA from our Fulfillment location: 2021 Midwest Rd , Oak Brook , IL 60523.
Refund:
- Refunds to original payment method within 5-8 business days after we receive and inspect.
- Atelier Standard $8 and Atelier Express $15 shipping fees are non-refundable, unless item is defective.
- Private List VIP Complimentary Atelier Shipping (Free on $250+) remains free, no charge on return.
Exchanges:
For size exchange (Noir Black / Blanc Cream), email us first — we will hold your Chicago size from Atelier inventory.
Defective or Wrong Item:
We will cover return shipping and send new piece via Atelier Express at no cost.
